The University of South Carolina is seeking qualified applications for a Senior Regional Admissions Representative in the Baltimore/Washington Area

The University of South Carolina is seeking qualified applicants for Senior Regional Admissions Representatives.  Regional Representatives represent the University of South Carolina to prospective students, parents, and high school guidance counselors located within an assigned geographic region. The representative plays a key role in helping the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to recruit, admit, and enroll prospective students. S/he will also assist in the recruitment and training of new and existing alumni volunteers.

The representative must be physically based in the geographic area s/he manages and will work remotely out of his/her home. Up to ten (10) positions are available. The University is unable to provide relocation expenses. Preference will be given to those who currently live in one of the following
geographic markets and have knowledge of the local secondary schools.

Regions include:

Baltimore, MD/Washington, D.C.

Northern New Jersey

Raleigh/Greensboro/Winston Salem, NC

Cincinnati, OH

Chicago, IL

Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Student Personnel Services or related field, or bachelor's degree and two (2) years related experience. 

Preferred Qualifications: Background experience in admissions, public relations, or another student personnel area desired.

Virginia License Plate Campaign Suspended!

 

After almost four years and much debate, we have decided to suspend our efforts for the creation of a VA USC plate.

If you would like a refund of any money you may have paid, please contact Melissa Green for more information.

We thank all of your for your patience with the campaign but it just was not nearly successful enough after almost four years to continue.

Get Your USC License Plates in Maryland!

Anyone who is a resident of Maryland and a member of the Carolina Alumni Association can order a USC license plate.

If you are not currently a member of the Carolina Alumni you can sign up at http://www.carolinaalumni.org. Once you're a member, or if you're already one, you can go to your local MVA office and pick up Form VR-124. Just fill out the form and mail it and a check for $25 (made to MVA) to Charlie Speight at:

Alternatively, you can e-mail Charlie Speight at gamecock@cablespeed.com and he will will send you a signed form that you can then mail to the MVA (Glen Burnie office). For administrative purposes, members of the Alumni Association will be automatically considered members of the Baltimore Chapter, which has registered the plates.
